A local court has issued the arrest warrants of Col BS Sandhu, the chairman and MD of World Wide Immigration Consultancy Services Ltd WWICS in a case related to murder.
Sandhu, owner of Forest Hill Resort, had to join police investigation in a murder case of Abhishek Guleria. Abhishek was a CTU employee.  Three accused already in police custody have excepted that Abhishek’s body had been disposed off at the behest of Col Sandhu.
Regarding Sandhu’s whereabouts, according to his staff, Sandhu was hospitalised after the registration of a case against him by Mohali police. Sandhu’s staff though did not reveal where he had been hospitalised.
Earlier, Rajiv Bajaj, Director of WWICS had said that a CBI probe was important into the entire case. He said that to fulfill the agenda of certain influential people, the Punjab Police had implicated and arrested Devinder Sandhu in the Inderpreet Chadha suicide case. Now even his father Col BS Sandhu was being implicated in the Nayagaon murder case.
Police says that if Sandhu is innocent there is no reason for him to ‘remain elusive.’
At present, massive search operation is on to arrest him. Police have raided his hideouts. Police said Sandhu’s house in Sector 10 had been searched.
